Hi,
I have found myself at 34, having been quite a successful consultant with a very large firm, leading a group of other consultants. Quite by accident.
My skill is not in leadership.
I have decided to do something about this and this site is where I am going to discuss with you what I discover so we can both better survive being accidental leaders.
