The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

I am starting with this book as people have told me its an excellent text in the area of self awareness, and a good basis for any great leader.  While I am reviewing the book in detail, I am only speaking to parts that rang bells for me.  There is clearly a lot more to the text that I will only grasp after a second and third read.

I have been told by many people I respect as exceptional leaders, that this should be part of any successful leaders personal library.
